3 months is a hard age

I really think that 3 months is a hard age. Emma gets bored easily at home, and so do I.. but there are only so many things you can do around here with a 3 month old. Emma hates the heat, just like her mom, and gets really miserable in this humidity. I'd have taken her to my sisters swimclub the other day, but knowing how she is, and how pale she is, I don't want to risk her getting sunburn. Yeah, I have the Sun Dome, but in all honesty, John would have had a shit fit if I took her out in the sun. He's really adament (did I spell that right???) about not taking her out in direct sunlight until we can put sunscreen on her. I think he's a little over protective, but I shouldn't complain.
We're going to my sisters for the 4th, and I'm bringing our one ring blowup pool, the dome, her bikini and chair.. she's going to have some fun. I'm sure my nephews will be all over sitting inthe pool with her, as long as she doesn't take a big giant dump while she's in there!!!! John is working (as he does every holiday), so he won't be able to sit in there with her. There's a big tree there, so he should be happy its in the shade!
At least this 4th, I'll be able to eat a hamburger without puking.. .I can't believe this time last year I was pregnant!

So, I'm still thinking of things that we can do during the day... I can only stand to go to the mall so many times!!!!
