Its a 19 pound turkey. What the bloody hell are we going to do with a 19 pound turkey! My mom picked up the free turkey that I earned at Giant for us, and decided to pay an extra 5 dollars to get a 19 pound butterball turkey. Nice enough, but where was her head??? There's only going to be 5 people here! You could feed a small village with that size Turkey!
I will post pictures of this bad boy later. Its sitting in her freezer right now.

Teeheehee!!! Your mom had the exact same idea I had! I, too, picked up a 19 pounder from Giant today - and opted to pay the .29/lb charge to get the Butterball. Great minds think alike!! (And there are only FOUR of us here......bring on the turkey!) YUMMERS!!!!

We'll be partaking of a nice bit of chook, rather than the traditional turkey, which I'll probably pick up the day before.
That, some rooster booster, (AKA Paxo [stuffing]) cranberry sauce 'n' veg - mmmmmmmmmm - I'm drooling already!!

Ha! I thought John was going to sh*t when he heard the size! I imagine that he's gonna have to start cooking it at 6am!
Not if you get one of those large size turkey roasting bags! They're great! Cuts a LOT of time!
